Beth and David are new-ish friends of ours, and I was so happy Beth asked me to do her maternity and newborn pictures! My mom and I met them out at her parent's ranch in Navasota (rolling hills... cows...  amazing sunsets!) for the session.  Their little girl Savana is such a cutie too!

And THIS, is one of my favorite shots to date. :)

 Savana picked up the extra frame from the ground, put it around her head and came into the shot. 

How cute is that?!

Kelsey and David - Magnolia, TX, Maternity Photography

Kelsey has been a good friend of mine since we were teens at the ice rink, and I've known David almost just as long.  I had to talk Kelsey into doing a maternity session (I've heard from quite a few mothers that regretted not getting them done), but she was very happy she decided to go for it.  We had a lot of laughs, and got some great shots!  I can't wait to meet their baby girl and watch her grow!

 

Whitney and J.R. - Humble, TX, Maternity Photography

I met up with Whitney and J.R. nice and early last Friday morning at the Mercer Arboretum.  We actually sucessfully beat the heat, which was great because I had left the house without my water bottle (and somehow without makeup--thank the Lord I wasn't IN any pictures)!  

Despite J.R.'s sleepiness just coming off the night shift, they were total gamers to try all my silly ideas!

I can't wait to meet their baby girl in November!

What a fun couple!  We met early this morning at the Mercer Arboretum, and were pleased to find a nice breeze to keep us from getting overheated.  I am looking forward to meeting their baby boy in just a couple of weeks!

The "E" Family - Humble, TX, Family and Maternity Photography

I met up with the "E" family this morning at the Mercer Arboretem and Botanic Gardens for their family and maternity portraits.  Their son Jordan is a cutie pie, and we're all anxious to meet his new baby sister!

Lindsay and Daniel - Spring, TX, Maternity Photographer

Lindsay and I have been BFFs since the seventh grade, so I was pretty excited about this session.  It's incredible to me that we're already at this stage in our lives where having children is an option.  

I had so much fun Sunday night with this shoot!  They have the nursery set up so perfectly, just in time for baby Garrett who is due in only two weeks!!  I can't wait to meet the little guy!
